Character Information
Character Name: Ganondorf Dagmire
Fandom: The Legend of Zelda
Character History: You have two options for the history requirement:
http://zelda.gamepedia.com/Ganon
-King of a race of primarily female bandits
-Uses his political power and cunning to take the Triforce of Power
-Is defeated by Link and sealed away.
--Adult Timeline--
-Breaks free of his seal and wrecks Hyrule
-Hyrule is flooded and Ganondorf sealed again
-Breaks out of his seal, albeit weakened
-Takes a sword to the head from a new Link after the Triforce is taken out of his grasp
Character Personality:
Being the only male child born to the Gerudo in a century, he is trained and groomed to be their King. The land the Gerudo inhabit, however, is arid and harsh. He grew up seeing his people suffering through the dessert life, forced to steal what they need to survive. As such, he grew envious of the lush fields of Hyrule and the relative wealth the people of Hyrule enjoyed. His envy grew to hatred over the years as the curse the Demon King Demise set took hold of him. However, he maintained an outward air of calm calculation, and regal poise.
Partly because of his upbringing, and partly because of his connection to the Curse of Demise, Ganondorf puts a lot - most - of his self worth into his power. He equates his very being to the strength he wields both physically and mystic. His demeanor is cool and collected when needed, but in the heat of battle he becomes almost feral in his ferocity. He also has a bit of a sadistic streak to him, reveling in the suffering of those that oppose him, though that extends more to mental anguish than physical. He considers himself above torture, but revels in turning friends against friends.
When not in battle, he is a cunning manipulator. He expertly manuevers the political landscape of Hyrule, and has a knack for telling people just what they want to hear in order to get them to follow him. However, such posturing is always selfish in nature. Above all else, he is a jealous king. He coveted the freedom from hardship Hyrule had, and attempted to take that for himself. He has no qualms about disposing of those that have served their purpose and have nothing left to offer him, but knows when to keep others around to bolster his own power and standing.
Powers and Abilities:
-He is exceptionally skilled in mystic arts, specializing in darkness-aligned spells and abilities, but has demonstrated a plethora of magical abilities ranging from amplifying is physical ability to reshaping the landscape around him
-He is an exceptional swordsman, preferring a dual-blade style that focuses on constant attack, though leaving himself open to reprisal
-He can empower others to some degree without seemingly diminishing his own power
-He is incredibly durable with only sacred weapons forged by the Gods specifically to combat him seeming to have any effect on him
-He can transform himself into a gargantuan beast - Ganon - that amplifies his physical strength
-He can communicate with and (maybe) manipulate monsters to act on his behalf

Third Person:
It had been months since Ganondorf found himself flung to the far reaches of time and space, where Hyrule, the Triforce, and his people were little more than legends spoken of by the other bearers of the Triforce. It had been a very surreal time for him. He was more than familiar with the fantastic considering his centuries long life. His initial shock had been short lived, having had the difference in power illustrated rather quickly in a confrontation with the very hero that sealed him in the Sacred Realm so many years ago. No longer did he have the Triforce of Power, his scorcery, or his army even his blades. So, he set himself to doing the one thing he could do; he studied.
For the months that he had been within the Nautilus, he studied the history of the place. In doing so he had learned of bending. The ability to bend time and space to his will, to manifest matter from nothing. The power of the gods made manifest in all who lived here given the will. It was not an easy task but he had practiced and made considerable progress and now, in a grassy plain he stood face to face with a creature he had willed into being. He stood at least a head taller than the already large Gerudo, legs and arms were clad in black scales, and he had hair like fire, flowing and burning without consuming. Ganondorf had come across the face of the being in his meditations. Demise, the demon king that had shaped his destiny eons before he was born stood before him.
The two clashed without words, the clang of steel on steel echoed throughout the area as the grass bent beneath the force of the wind each impact from each clash. However, it was Ganondorf that took the upper hand, driving both of his great swords into the demon lord's chest, holding Demise close so as to whisper in his ear.
"You may have bound me to the goddess and her hero, but my ambition, my mind, my being are mine and mine alone. With this blow, I excise you. Burn in the deepest pits of whatever afterlife there is for one such as you knowing that I am no puppet." A moment later Demise was unmade. Ganondorf swiped his blades as if to clear blood from them, gazing into the distance. The King of the Gerudo felt more pensive and frustrated than he had hoped. Had he truly bested Demise? Or had he made the copy of Demise purely to fall?
